Navigate to a server with server id instead of server id and channel id #49

Got rid of specifics as this is a server routing bug

Bug: https://nertivia.net/app/servers/6802277143179956225/6802277143179956224 takes you to the general/default channel which is good but shortening it doesn't work.

It should go to the default channel of 6802277143179956224 when you enter https://nertivia.net/app/servers/6802277143179956225/ into the browser. Currently, it produces a 404
