Why:
In ways when you want to share a server with another person who co-owns it but not allow them to get rid of you.
Feature:
Be able to split ownership between you and another person.
They would also have all the permissions a normal owner would have but destructive actions like deleting the server will require acceptance from both owners.
Then to get rid of a co-owner, you can set a period of time that you expect them to serve such as 1 month. When the co-owner joins they will see they will have a review after a month by the main owner.
The main owner will have to wait a period of time such as 24 hours before the co-owner no longer has permissions or in the case where 3 owners are in place then by-election 2 of them can get rid of one of them.
Alternatively if 30% or so of the server votes on the removal of an owner then that also works.
