Allow keyboard navigation on the add reaction/emoji menu using arrow keys and select the 1st index emoji vs manually clicking #64

Why: Ease of use when adding reactions/emojis

Feature: image Select the first index of the emoji/reaction then allow typing at the same time and arrow key movement. Then enter to confirm the choice. This would then make adding emojis/reactions much easier
