Turn off default channel

I think there should be a way to disable the default channel, for example: if you have bot that will notify about joins/lefts the default channel is kinda useless

But lets say for example you want to use one for idk give more features to this messages, or just embed them, or the default are just boring and you want to customize them, im providing a screenshot below for better understanding of what i mean
