Friend invite links/referral links #251

How you can invite people to servers and that but instead you invite them to nertivia and once they create an account you get notified they made one. This would be helpful to invite your friends and instead of them remembering that they did, then you could just add them.

Maybe a double choice for it: notifications or none that notifications let you know when they join. None would just add to your counter. It would also be nice to keep track of how many people you successfully invited(by different ips to prevent alts)
