gen2 Logging properties incorrectly defined

What version of gwt and gwt-incubator are you using?

gwt: 1.6
gwt-incubator: trunk

What OS and browser are you using?

Linux/Firefox3

Do you see this error in hosted mode, web mode, or both?

Compile time.

com.google.gwt.gen2.logging.LoggingBase.gwt.xml defines a property
"gwt.logging", which Logging-disabled and Logging-production attempt to
override.  But both of them try to override "gwt-logging" instead,
resulting in property-not-defined error.

Furthermore, Logging-disabled also has a typo where the value is specified
as "diabled" instead of "disabled".
