gwt-maps widget compilation fails with gwt 2.2.0 #450

Platform information (OS, Browser, GWT version).  Does the issue exist on
other platforms?

This is due to a binary incompatibility in GWT.  Either recompile gwt-maps or 
use a previous version of GWT.
