Create an screen to configure audio gain and volume, in and out.

Done on branch audio-control, but the earphone volume is still not working 
correctly.

Without an earphone, the earphone volume does nothing, and if the speaker is 
enabled, the speaker volume works.

With an earphone, the earphone volume does nothing, and if the speaker is 
enabled, the speaker volume controls the earphone volume.
