A user logged in Mconf-Web should be able to create BBB rooms from his home 
page.
He should be able to create rooms and see the rooms he has created.
Also, he should be able to invite people to join the room. The invited person 
can be a Mconf-Web user (invited by internal message or email) or any person 
with an email (invited only by email).

See the attached files to see how the interface should look like.
