Disable the integration with Isabel (?)

Should the integration between GP and Isabel be removed?

The integration happens when creating an event. The event can be virtual (there 
are 3 virtual types of events) or "in person". Virtual events require a 
connection with an Isabel server.

The integration is being temporarily disabled to avoid errors when creating 
events. The following error was reported when trying to create any type of 
virtual event (meeting, class, congress):
  "getaddrinfo: Name or service not known <br/>" and no event is created. (See #37 (item 25)

The virtual events are being disabled, so the user can only create "in person" 
events.

The events were the only part of Global Plaza that had a direct relationship 
with Isabel.
The events were simplified a lot (see Issue 185) and there are no more 
references to Isabel.
