Add "private" and passwords to the creation of rooms #74

Allow the users to define if the webconference room they are creating are 
public or private.
If he choses to make it private, ask for moderator and attendee passwords.
Defaults to public.

Finished the option to choose if webconference room are private or public. Need 
to improve the styles on new room from homes view.
