Please allow the default country to be specified

Hi, I am using openmeetings_r3130.zip and have been doing some work on 
changing the english xml file so it reads better.  When doing my tests I 
notice that Switzerland appears to be the default country when a new user 
signs up.

Would it be possible to set this in Admin > Configuration as most of users 
will be in the UK?

Do you want a copy of the english.xml as I have modified it?

should be ok.
