Problem with ErrorService in Sign Up (errortypes_id and fieldvalues_id are NULL after doing the import) #1464

We have again an issue when signing up.

See attached the logs.

All I do is:
1) startup red5
2) Start the application in the browser
3) Press "Not a memeber" in the login window
4) Enter some random user and press *register*

Part of the problem is:
The fields:
errortypes_id and fieldvalues_id are NULL after doing the import.
