update on user-group fails #1518

reproduce:

Add user without organizations assigned in Administration > Users

add a new organization to that user, hit the save disk to update, click on the 
user in the user list again => no organization

can you check this? I think you've been working on the user <=> org relations 
lately.

Sorry: Maybe my commit r4264 has fixed this already...

Could you double check this once again?
I had the issue in adding the org to a user that has zero organizations 
initially.
