Language problem

Hi,
I have installed version 1.8.1 r4260 on a win2003 server.
Everything is working fien and fast (great work ;-) but I have some problems 
with the language.
During the installation phase I set language=Italian but with the exception of 
the login page everything is always in english.
The funny part is that after the logout the login screen is in english too...
I checked the language setting in the administration part and correctly it's 5 
(italian) and I tried to restart the red5 server too, but nothing happen.
Please note that single users language has been set to italian too

Did you set the language in the user-profile to italian?

in addition please note that just the admin can add users and when I add a new 
user I set the language to italian and I save (for just a fraction of second I 
can see confimation? window) then I go another section and I return to users 
and the language of the user is set to english ...
