Web Conference Invite E-mail Reminder #1553

OpenMeetings version 1.8.2. r4283

Server OS: Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard
Client OS: Windows XP

The problem is related to the server-side but affects client usability.

The reminder e-mails through the calendar event reminder option of "simple 
e-mail" seems to send out e-mails equal to the number of participants as oppose 
to a single e-mail per participant. For example, if I create an 
event/conference through the calendar for tomorrow at 1 pm and invite 100 users 
with a reminder option set to "simple e-mail", tomorrow at 1 pm, all 100 users 
will receive 100 reminder e-mails each rather than one reminder e-mail per 
user.
