iCal email not correctly rendered #1563

The iCal invitation email for the Calendar is wrong rendered in the email 
clients.

I did not find the issue that caused it, but I have a working example using my 
test infrastructure that is actually correctly rendered.
So this is really a coding issue and has nothing to do with the email server 
changing parts of the email header et cetera.

This issue was updated by revision r4504.

Add test and according to test the issue is fixed by removing the Method from 
the iCal invitation.

Update issue 1561
Extend and add some tests to add appointments
