If you press exit and re-enter the room the device settings window does no more popup. #1578

Use-Case:

Enter room type conference, start audio/video sharing,
press exit,
re-enter the same room
=> no device settings, pressing on the "sync" button does not start it either.
You have no chance to start sharing anymore

The issue happens only if you have minimum two participants in the room.
Using just a single user the device settings pop correctly up.
If there is already somebody in the room => no device settings pop up and 
clicking on the re-sync button will have no effect.
