Which version of OpenMeetings are you running?
r607

What's your operating system on client and server side?
xp and vista on the client, debian on server side.

Is it a problem related to the client/usability or server-side?
client side

Did you have any trace/debug output?
won't show but it's happening on both our server and your demo server as
well.

To get the debug output of the client run the software in debug-modus
Debug modus of the client:
http://$RED5-HOME:$RED5-HTTPPORT/xmlcrm/maindebug.lzx.lzr=swf8.swf

for example for your local copy:
http://localhost:5080/xmlcrm/maindebug.lzx.lzr=swf8.swf

or see live example:
http://inno02.fh-pforzheim.de:8080/xmlcrm/maindebug.lzx.lzr=swf8.swf

Server side loging:
browser your Red5-Home directory. There's a log-file directory. On linux
boxes you can run red5 using:
nohup ./red5.sh &
and debug output will be written to nohup.out

please attach any debug output to get a patch on time

Hi Sebastian,

I just want to find out if you knew those log were generated from your server
using
the debug and I copied and paste with attached txt file.

Please advise if I did the wrong way of debugging it and what kind of report
you're
expecting.

Thanks!
Charles

nono the debug is allright but:

to reproduce that error you could do some kind of step-by-step scenario ...
cause for
the moment this behaviour is not that clear that i could reproduce it.

For example:
1.) goto conference-room
2.) click on button x/y/z
3.) result is not that expected, see screen/debug

So basically a good bug report is always devided into two parts:
a) how to reproduce and what it the expected output
b) what to do you see instead and whats the output

thx

fixed in r740 for *messed up Files/Chat/Users Tab*

The InsufficientBandwidth Warning must be a problem on:
a) your local network
b) your local client (maybe the CPU usage is at 100% or something like .. this
can
lead to such errors)
