Thank your reply , I have install openmeetings_0_8_rc2 in to centos 5, i have
install JDK ,red 5 and openoffice before install openmeetings. when i enter to
http://localhost:5080/openmeetings/install , finish finsih input data
in text box and clink install button, wait long time no response. After click
install , i have see many log occur and continuously . please find the attachs
file
(the first post) for your reference! in additon , i have attachs the
hibernate.cfg.xml also, please find in the attachment file . i have not set
password
in mysql.

I have solve the installation problem , however , i got problem with the muit-
language option, the case is, except for language English and French, all other
choice of language showed 'error' when i pick such language. After i enter
the 'administrator' section and try to edit 'language editor', i tried to
import
some language file, e.g. chinese traditional.xml, but no change has been made
even
after the file has been imported. Please take a look at my attached files and
please
give me some advise on what changes I can make.Thanks

Have you localized your database? Does your MySQL config contain the following?
[mysqld]
default-character-set=utf8
character-set-server=utf8

Hi!
Yes. my.cnf is correct place to configure mysql. In the linux systems are
usually
located in /etc or /etc/mysql/
To reinstall you should drop the database (openmeetings) and file
openmeetings/conf/install.xml.
If necessary, import registered users.
Then open the URL http://<your server>:5080/openmeetings/install and follow
installation instructions
