Did you have any trace/debug output?
To get the debug output of the client run the software in debug-modus
Debug modus of the client:
http://$RED5-HOME:$RED5-HTTPPORT/xmlcrm/maindebug.lzx.lzr=swf8.swf

Server side loging:
browser your Red5-Home directory. There's a log-file directory. On linux

HI WBR, CTpaHHoe
I have solve the installation problem , however , i got problem with the muit-
language option, the case is, except for language English and French, all other
choice of language showed 'error' when i pick such language. After i enter
the 'administrator' section and try to edit 'language editor', i tried to
import
some language file, e.g. chinese traditional.xml, but no change has been made
even
after the file has been imported. Please take a look at my attached files and
please
give me some advise on what changes I can make. Thanks

Have you localized your database? Does your MySQL config contain the following?

[mysqld]
default-character-set=utf8
character-set-server=utf8

Hi!

Yes. my.cnf is correct place to configure mysql. In the linux systems are
usually
located in /etc or /etc/mysql/

To reinstall you should drop the database (openmeetings) and file
openmeetings/conf/install.xml.

If necessary, import registered users.

Then open the URL http://<your server>:5080/openmeetings/install and follow
installation instructions
