no recording button in Moodle plugin #842

We've installed the new version of the plugin: 
openmeetings_moodle_v5.zip
with open meeting version:
red5_openmeetings_0_8_4_r2091.zip

The Moodle plugin does not show the recording button.

Recording is not available in the Moodle Version at this moment. It might be 
added in
future releases

Hi, watched your presentation at MoodleMoot 2011 in Elmshorn and we are now 
testing OpenMeetings with Moodle.

Unfortunately, recording still doesn't work with OpenMeetings 1.7, Moodle 
1.9.11 and Moodle-Plugin 0.9. :(

Is there an ETA when this functionallity will be available?

Hi

this Issue is several years old. I am 100% sure that it has been working.
If not then there might be an Issue with some new functionality, but I will 
need to retest.

Hello,

While working on Joomla plugin porting (to support Joomla 1.6) I found 
recording is not working even after changing openmeetings_gateway.php to call 
addRoomWithModerationAndRecordingFlags with 'allowRecording' => "true" 
parameter.

the patch attached resolves this issue for me (it allows recording if room 
allows recording).

Hope it will be useful.
