US - Sort languages for text-to-speech alphabetical

As a <user/role> I want to see the possible languages in alphabetical order, so that I can select them quickly.

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] all languages are shown in a dropdown-menu in alphabetical order
• [ ] the selected language is shown as default, when editing the card again
