Added Persist SeekBar Setting #53

Currently the Pause/SeekBar dialog disappears after 13 seconds however when resuming the fade-out animation still occurs and looks out of place.

This adds an option to keep the pause/seekbar osd up indefinitely.

I really don't understand the use of this. I've added the hidden function in seek bar after a lot of requests from the users: https://github.com/Nessus85100/Bello/blob/master/changelog.txt#L144. If the demand was/is to stay visible all the time then i can remove it. I wont an skin option for that. By the way if you think (and you can) the hidden animation could be coded better, please make another PR and i will give it a look.

I didn't realize that was requested by people , after making a beautiful pause dialogue to have it disappear so quickly.

It almost looked like a bug as it redraws the box and fades out in one motion and looks out of place... I'll have to play with it and see what I can find. On Feb 24, 2015 4:27 AM, "Nessus85100" notifications@github.com wrote:
