Hello

This tutorial https://fragpipe.nesvilab.org/docs/tutorial_linux.html mentions a file called "crystalc.params".

However, even after going through the crystalc-github page, I can't find any information about how this file is structured.

Could someone please help me find documention on this?

Kind regards, Carl

Hi Carl,

Sorry for the late reply. I don't know why I didn't get this message. You may download the crystalc.params from the release section: https://github.com/Nesvilab/Crystal-C/releases

Best,

Huiyin
