VolcanoPlot comparison selection and coloring option

- Describe the feature:

Dear Nesvilab,

• I start testing your app, it looks really nice thanks for that. However I am not sure how to choose my paired comparison. It would be nicer to produce two way comparison like EtOH vs Calcitrol or Calcitrol vs EtOH because I would like to plot Calcitrol/EtOH but somehow app detected the other way around.

• Secondly, it would be nicer to have coloured pellets for the increase and decrease protein plotting.
• One last thing that I did not understand for 'experiment_annotation.tsv' whether we put replicates as 1. Under what circumstances I will write different numbers, from your example I did not get it for tumor vs control.

@science64 Currently we don't have way doing it, but you can change the names used in condition column in your experiment_annotation.tsv to make it sort conditions differently.
