- Describe the issue or question:

Hi, I followed the tutorial (https://fragpipe.nesvilab.org/docs/tutorial_diagnostic_mining.html) to download the sample data and ran the process, but MSFragger reported the following error, can I ask what is the reason? It looks like it can't handle raw files, but why is that?

Could you upgrade FragPipe to 22.0 and try again?

Thanks,

Fengchao

Hi, thank you very much for your reply, I troubleshooted the error and found that the Mono software was deleted by someone else, and after installing it back it works fine, thank you.
