Crash in open search, while closed search works fine. #1891

Hi,

I've tried to run an open search on a HeLa file, which crashed (see file). I've tried again with closed search, and that went well. anything I should do differently?

Something was wrong in the file system, which resulted in weird errors

model complete after 31 iterations

Anything I should look for? The folder, RAW file, and database were all the same in the closed run that did work. The only difference is the workflow.
