Error as MsFragger' finished, exit code: 1 #284

Hi, I am new to MSFragger and would like to use it for my research work. You are searching ADP-ribo data, as it looks from the file name, feel free to contact us directly. MSFragger/FragPipe has a workflow for labile peptide identification, and we can help you with the settings. I am not sure the labile mode (which is part of the Glyco mode really) is well documented in our tutorials. But we can help, and it works great in our tests based on the publicly available Nielsen lab data. You can email me directly at nesvi at med.umich.edu

I have run with new FragPipe and the error is still there. Attached please find the log and parameter files. I used memory as 10G this time. Thanks for your help.

There isn't any file attached. The mzBIN_calibrated are deleted by FragPipe. Please try a modified FragPipe to retain the files:
