Unable to run MSFragger in PD2.5 #24

Hello,

I installed MSFragger and PeptideProphet in PD2.5. I am able to see the nodes and initiate one of the workflow templates. However, when I try to initiate a run I get the following errors regarding the Java Virtual Machine. I'm also attaching the MagellenServer.log. Thank you for your help with this issue.

Hi Whitney,

The error message means that there is no Java SE Runtime Environment installed in your computer. Please follow the guideline in our github repository (link https://github.com/Nesvilab/PD-Nodes).
