SequestHT search in PD 2.3 with Philosopher failed #4

Hello, Searching SequestHT with Philosopher in PD2.3 failed, though SequestHT with Percolator gave expected results.

I'm enclosing the Screenshot of event-log from PD. Please let me know how can I solve this problem. Thanks Capture

In PD, philosopher works with MSFragger only.

Hi,

The PeptideProphet (Philisopher) node only can be used for MSFragger node because it only accepts pepXML files, not msf files. Thanks.

MSFragger/Philosopher Crashed with the same files in PD 2.3. Did the search by MSFragger yield no results? Can you help me to identify the problem please? Thanks PDError

Could you please send me the MagellanServer.log file? You may find the file at: C:\ProgramData\Thermo\Proteome Discoverer\Logs\MagellanServer.log. Thank you.
