MSFragger in PD2.3, error "the given key was not present in the dictionary" #6

Hi, I am trying to install MSFragger in PD2.3, but after reboot, the Administration tab can't be open and it gave the error "the given key was not present in the dictionary" and then shut itself down. PD is installed in Windows server 2012. Any help will be much appreciated! Attached bug report as well. Thank you Enzo Proteome Discoverer Bug Report (2020.05.07).zip

I am sorry to hear that, and I also have no idea why this happened. I am going to email your bug report to Thermo PD developer and ask for their help. I will reply you once I have their response. Thank you.

Venky and I had the issue before when running PD without your node. This is more like a PD problem than MSFragger - Philosopher related.

@cheng01, I suggest that you contact Thermo yourself because they will request information about your license and setting.

Hi Enzo,

The PD developers suggest that you could reboot your computer to see if it solves the problem. You can email them if you still have the problem. Thank you.

Thanks Huiyin. It is not that easy to reboot a server when they are too many users. Nevertheless, I'll see how it goes in the next scheduled reboot.
