ptmshepherd #9

Any suggestions on how to invoke ptmshepherd via PD-node? I am guessing the "scripting node" might be of avail here but the parameters image need that tsv which i am unable to locate in the temp file created for the run Z:\PA\New Study 2\temp2358 :(

PD node is limited to MSFragger and PeptideProphet. You need to run FragPipe instead. Alexey
