Obtaining raw abundances without normalization/ratio with reference sample #24

Hey!

I am working with TMT-16 data, trying to perform isotope purity corrections on the PSM.tsv files from FragPipe and re-running them through the TMT-Integrator portion of the pipeline. I was wondering if there was a way to obtain only the raw abundances (in the style of the protein.tsv file generated by philosopher report) through TMT-Integrator from the PSM file?

No we do not have that. At the moment the raw summed intensities are only calculated by philosopher pipeline in protein.tsv It would be nice to add that option to TMT- integrator as well . I cc Hui-yin so we can discuss
