Hi everyone. Just a reminder that we can't use this software without an explicit license agreement.

It has a explicit license agreement for academic users here https://msfragger-upgrader.nesvilab.org/diatracer/. For commercial users, please contact the University of Michigan Office of Technology Transfer (Drew Bennett, andbenne@umich.edu) as instructed in the same website.

The necessary information is available, and similar to MSFragger and IonQuant.

I see it now. I tried to download it from the GUI, and saw the same checkbox for the three tools, I did not realize that they all require different agreements.

When you download it from FragPipe GUI, there are three hyperlinks of three licenses of those three tools. Technically, you should read all of them before checking the boxes and downloading the tools ;)
