Freequant unique peptide filtering #72

I am new to using Philosopher for LFQ - when using the label-free quantification function, is there a way to only quantify proteins only identified by a minimum of two unique peptides?

@plantproteo There's currently no option that allows you to do that, but you can filter the protein.tsv table removing all proteins with only 1 unique peptide.
