Cards are not visible to non-members when a board is set to "shared" #277

Version : v2.0.4

How to reproduce :

1- Create a new board 2- In the settings page, Set "Content Visibility" to "shared" 3- The board is now visible to all on the homepage 4- If a member of the board opens the boards the cards are visible 5- A non-member of the board can open the board to, but the board is empty
