Harvest should add support for displaying QoS percentage utilization at the policy level for shared QoS policies.

@faguayot You may find this feature useful. These changes are available in the nightly builds.

A new row has been added to display shared policy utilization.

@rahulguptajss Thanks for sharing. I was taking a look on this new section and I was wondering what does this new section give me? But If I am not wrong, I have seen the same information in the section Fixed QoS Shared Policy Utilization than the info in Fixed QoS Workload Utilization since we don't use shared workloads with more than 1 item. So I can't contribute much. Sorry

I think it is a interesting visualization for people who use more than 1 workload in a Qos policy. Thank you.

@faguayot You are right. The new row will only show information at the policy level if it is shared across workloads. Thanks.
