I understand "self managed clusters" as clusters you build/manage yourself in the cloud.
Whereas "on premises clusters" are clusters you build/manage yourself on-prem / in the datacenter.
If that is a correct assumption, "NetApp Metrocluster" should not appear in the first category...
(I wonder about Longhorn in that list too...)
