Deploy the Connector in restricted mode

Summary

User Account who is already a.member of standard connector cannot deploy restricted mode connector. Also user cannot be a member for standard connectors and ristricted connectors at the same time. Please mention this limitation in product manual.

@hayatokurahashi, thank you for submitting this issue. I am working with someone from the product team to get this issue addressed and clarified in the documentation. I'll let you know when the changes are completed.

Thank you very much for prompt response ! Additional request. if any other condition to deploy restricted mode BlueXP Connector, please mention in it though I'm not seeing any other condition prevent installation with restricted mode. ( I confirmed NSS Account can also deploy restricted mode connector. )
