The link mentioned in here -> https://docs.netapp.com/us-en/cloudinsights/concept_subscribing_to_cloud_insights.html#trial-edition for registering a new trial, is no longer valid.

If you click on Register for a [free trial](https://cloud.netapp.com/cloud-insights) you end up on netapp.com some partner page ( https://www.netapp.com/partners/partner-connect/bynet-data-communications-ltd/ )

It looks like the way today is

go to https://netapp.com
open "How to Buy" on the top right side
click on "Start a free trial"
scroll down to "Discover NetApp cloud data services"
click on "Cloud Insights"
click on "Start trial"

Easy...
