So, some mismatch concerns and questions from customer.
My findings:
administrator -> need to checked all user permissions, so not listed on webGUI
read -> check each of other user permission will added the read permission as well, so not listed on webGUI
repositories -> only one API which is already included into read permission , so no need list on webGUI.
write -> I have no idea why this not available to check on webGUI , but the above doc has this type of permission..
Also , webGUI offers Support Admin, which above doc doesn't have explanation..
Please help to check and make each other the same between the webGUI and Doc.
It looks like modify doc is needed..

The permission on WebGUI we can selected are as the picture, it's below:

it doesn't include administrator/read/repositories/write option. But the below doc included: https://docs.netapp.com/us-en/element-software/api/reference_element_api_app_b_access_control.html#accounts
