Under "Configuring basic switch settings" Point 6 needs an update for FOS 9.0 and greater as the six default accounts and the --set is not working anymore on Switches with FOS 9.0+ in the initial configuration. It can be still used to modify later.
Fabric OS v8.2.x or earlier releases supported six default SNMPv1 communities and SNMPv3 users. You could use the --set command to modify the default SNMPv1 communities and SNMPv3 users.
Beginning with Fabric OS v9.0.0, you can manage the SNMPv1 communities and SNMPv3 users with the --add or --delete options.
A new suboption trap_index is added for SNMPv3 user. You must use the trap_index only, while adding an SNMPv3 user to the host.
Fabric OS v9.0.0 supports 12 SNMPv3 users. The default accounts will be removed after performing the netinstall or by issuing the configremoveall command.
