Migrate CN1610 cluster switches to BES-53248 cluster switches
Summary
The "Migrate the switches -> Step 2: Configure ports and cabling -> 13. On cluster switch CL1, shut down the ports connected to the cluster ports of the nodes." is creating some "anxiety", thinking that would create a cluster network outage.
For that reason multiple cases are created in the NetApp TSC.
Would be possible to add a note stating something similar to:
Shutting down the cluster ports in the working switch won't case any cluster network disruption.
The auto-revert stablished in a previous step , avoids any cluster LIF moving back unexpectedly.
