No interface revert between changing cl2 and cl1 #190

Summary

I might be wrong but I fail to see the interface revert procedure between the replacement of the first and second switches. Since auto revert is disable (per procedure early step), if we move from replacing cl2 to cl1 without manually reverting the first LIFS, we'll be in a bad place.

@Storwars thanks for your feedback. In step 10 of procedure where the ports are shut down on the switch, this action will cause the LIFs to fail over to the other switch. A manual revert is not needed.
