I really think we need to highlight or link known issues on upgrading BES switches. Also, "Upgrading" a switch's RFC or OS should be distinctly different from "installing" a switch. They should be different procedures altogether and also match similiar procedures we have for CISCO based cluster switches.

Hi Yvonne, The upgrade procedure specifically for 3.4.4.6 > 3.7.0.4 (and above) is still tripping customers up and causing generation of cases.

We need to have a more detailed guide for this specific version jump I think since it has the complications with the ISL.
