@mbrownewu I can access it without any issues. Sometimes clearing your cache works. Let me know if you still can't access and I can investigate further.

I still get an access denied error even though I'm logged into NetApp with as an under support current customer.

@mbrownewu , we're not sure what the issue is. That PDF doesn't require any log-on credentials: it's publicly available and the links resolves fine. Try once more? https://www.netapp.com/pdf.html?item=/media/17070-ds-3899.pdf

Looks like this has to do with my company's SSL Decryption layer at the internet edge... as I was able to get the link to work from my phone.

I get this with the SSL Decrypt in play... Access Denied
