Unhide the language selector #4

Summary

The version neutral repo "storagegrid" went live today. All loc sites have returned successfully and upon checking the EN site, I noticed that the EN site does not display the language selector menu. The language selector should always be present if the site is localized. @netapp-chandaj @netapp-perveilerk can either of you update the project.yml to unhide the language selector in the public repo - https://github.com/NetAppDocs/storagegrid/? Thanks!

The issue has been resolved via PR - https://github.com/NetAppDocs/storagegrid/pull/5 and the language selector is appearing as expected. image
