Error during software installation #17

When installing on Windows 10.2 64-bit the NetCDF4Excel_3_2_setup.exe throws an error "Error Opening File for writing: C:\Program Files (x86)\NetCDF4Excel\VbNc.dll".

I have local Admin on the machine.
