UEFI boot not working #7

Currently when booting/installing with an UEFI Firmware/BIOS it drops back to the UEFI shell.

Mostly fixed in 7baabf3 Installation works with an UEFI Firmware. Instead of the neat graphical boot message we will be dropped into a text-based grub console. From there on the installation should work as expected. Currently the grub boot-loader does not get installed properly and during a (re-)boot we will be dropped into the EFI shell.
