Looks like I need to update this some more, given that it isn't mergeable. Basic changes:

Accomodate workspace changes
Wire TickCounterLabel up to PeriodicUpdateEvents (since TickCounterLabel no longer depends on World)
Convert nlogo models (except 5.x.nlogo) to nlogox models
